Shipping Policy
Under most circumstances, bags are shipped via USPS Priority 2/3 day flat rate mail. You will receive tracking information via your preferred contact method once your order ships.
Warranty & Return Policy
Bagdaddys offers a 30 refund/replacement policy on all products. This warranty covers manufacturer defects in stitching and fabric defects only. Snags, tears, bag discoloration and any other issue arising from normal use is not covered. Any bag that has been "washed" for break in purposes in ANY manner will void this warranty. To be eligible, pictures of bags must be sent in for approval of warranty claim.
Only incorrectly shipped orders will be eligible for return. If you believe you have received the wrong order, please notify us via email and we will promptly correct the issue. Due to the nature of the game itself, once the bags have been delivered and removed from packaging, we can not offer returns on correctly fulfilled orders.
